Hi, I’m Bailey Dombrowski

Hi, I'm Bailey. I grew up in a small coastal town in Massachusetts, where I developed a deep appreciation for connection, community, and supporting others through life's challenges. I earned my bachelor's degree in Psychology and am continuing my education in graduate school as I work toward a career in mental health. My passion for helping others is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to grow, gain confidence, and create meaningful change. Through a compassionate and collaborative approach, I hope to empower individuals to navigate life's transitions, discover their strengths, and build a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.

Coaching is designed to support personal growth, goal setting, accountability, and life transitions. While my background in psychology informs my approach, these services are not therapy and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace mental health care. If you are experiencing significant mental health concerns or are seeking psychotherapy, I encourage you to work with a licensed mental health professional. Coaching is best suited for individuals looking to build confidence, gain clarity, and create meaningful change in their lives.

My Approach

I believe that meaningful growth begins with understanding yourself. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all advice, I take a collaborative approach that recognizes your unique experiences, strengths, values, and goals. My role is to provide a supportive space where you can reflect openly, gain clarity, and develop practical strategies that help you move toward the life you envision.

My coaching philosophy is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and intentional action. Together, we'll celebrate your successes, navigate challenges, and identify opportunities for growth without judgment. Every session is designed to leave you with greater confidence, actionable next steps, and a renewed sense of purpose. Progress doesn't happen overnight, but consistent, intentional steps can lead to meaningful and lasting change.

While my background in psychology and graduate education inform the way I think about personal growth and behavior change, coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process rather than therapy. My goal is to help you strengthen self-awareness, build healthy habits, stay accountable to your goals, and create positive momentum in your everyday life. Above all, I want Harbor & Haven to be a place where you feel supported, encouraged, and empowered as you become the person you're striving to be.
